Appointed by the Board of Directors from among the members of the Board, all elected by the Members\u2019 Assembly. His term lasts 3 years and is always renewable. He presides over the Board of Directors and the Members\u2019 Assembly, which he convenes and coordinates.<\/p>\n\n            <\/div>\n          <\/div>\n        <\/div>\n\n              <div class=\"accordion-item\">\n          <div class=\"accordion-header\">\n            <button class=\"accordion-button collapsed\" type=\"button\" data-bs-toggle=\"collapse\" data-bs-target=\"#accordion-69d74943b4a3c-1\" aria-expanded=\"true\" aria-controls=\"accordion-69d74943b4a3c-1\">\n              <h3>Board of Directors<\/h3>\n            <\/button>\n          <\/div>\n          <div id=\"accordion-69d74943b4a3c-1\" class=\"accordion-collapse collapse\" data-bs-parent=\"#accordion-69d74943b4a3c\">\n            <div class=\"accordion-body\">\n              <p>Giulio Gianetti (President) \u2013 Sara Bertolai \u2013 Lorenzo Eusepi \u2013 Katia Scannavini \u2013 Chiara Colombo. It is the body that administers the association and decides on the admission of new Members. It must be composed of a minimum of one and a maximum of five members, who remain in office for 3 years and are always eligible for re-election. According to the Statute, the Board of Directors meets at least once every 6 months, or whenever the President deems it appropriate or a request is made by the majority of its members.<\/p>\n\n            <\/div>\n          <\/div>\n        <\/div>\n\n              <div class=\"accordion-item\">\n          <div class=\"accordion-header\">\n            <button class=\"accordion-button collapsed\" type=\"button\" data-bs-toggle=\"collapse\" data-bs-target=\"#accordion-69d74943b4a3c-2\" aria-expanded=\"true\" aria-controls=\"accordion-69d74943b4a3c-2\">\n              <h3>Members\u2019 Assembly<\/h3>\n            <\/button>\n          <\/div>\n          <div id=\"accordion-69d74943b4a3c-2\" class=\"accordion-collapse collapse\" data-bs-parent=\"#accordion-69d74943b4a3c\">\n            <div class=\"accordion-body\">\n              <p>ActionAid International Italia E.T.S. \u2013 Sara Bertolai \u2013 Lorenzo Eusepi \u2013 Katia Scannavini \u2013 Chiara Colombo. It is the supreme body of the association and as such determines its political and programmatic guidelines, identifying the directions and general objectives considered necessary to achieve the statutory purposes. It meets at least once a year to approve the budget and whenever a justified request is made. The Members\u2019 Assembly is convened with the presence of at least half plus one of the Members and decides by the majority of votes of those present. Each member has the right to one vote.<\/p>\n\n            <\/div>\n          <\/div>\n        <\/div>\n\n              <div class=\"accordion-item\">\n          <div class=\"accordion-header\">\n            <button class=\"accordion-button collapsed\" type=\"button\" data-bs-toggle=\"collapse\" data-bs-target=\"#accordion-69d74943b4a3c-3\" aria-expanded=\"true\" aria-controls=\"accordion-69d74943b4a3c-3\">\n              <h3>Auditor<\/h3>\n            <\/button>\n          <\/div>\n          <div id=\"accordion-69d74943b4a3c-3\" class=\"accordion-collapse collapse\" data-bs-parent=\"#accordion-69d74943b4a3c\">\n            <div class=\"accordion-body\">\n              <p>The auditor is elected annually by the Shareholders\u2019 Meeting to check the association\u2019s accounts.
