Annual Report 2025

This Annual Report tells the story of a year of shared work alongside the communities we support and all the people whose commitment makes change possible. Women gaining economic independence, young people accessing new opportunities, and communities strengthening their ability to face the challenges posed by climate change and inequality.

In 2025, ActionAid Switzerland continued to support this work alongside the International Federation, promoting women’s rights, climate justice, economic justice and humanitarian response. In Switzerland, we consolidated our growth by strengthening our relationship with supporters, renewing our communication tools through the launch of our new website, further developing our collaboration with the philanthropic sector and launching fundraising activities in French-speaking Switzerland. Every initiative was guided by the same goal: engaging more people in building a fairer world where women and girls can live free from violence, discrimination and inequality.

This Annual Report presents the results achieved during the year, but also the way we work: a human rights-based and participatory approach that places people and communities at the heart of lasting change.

Every achievement presented in these pages is the result of a collective effort. Thanks to our supporters, our philanthropic partners and everyone who has chosen to stand alongside us, we can continue to create opportunities, defend rights and promote meaningful change.
