Sie besch\u00e4ftigen sich ausschliesslich mit der Hausarbeit, der Beschaffung von Wasser und Futter f\u00fcr die Tiere und der Landarbeit. Ihre Rolle in der Gesellschaft h\u00e4ngt haupts\u00e4chlich von der sozialen und wirtschaftlichen Stellung ihrer Ehem\u00e4nner und Eltern ab. Frauen haben nur begrenzten Zugang zu M\u00e4rkten, produktiven Dienstleistungen, Bildung, Gesundheitsversorgung und lokalen Beh\u00f6rden, insbesondere in muslimischen Gemeinschaften. Frauen leiden unter <strong>h\u00e4uslicher Gewalt sowie traditionellem und kulturellen Missbrauch<\/strong>. <strong>Kinderehen, Missbrauch und sexuelle Gewalt sind noch immer weit verbreitet. \u00dcberdies sind die Frauen sich ihrer Rechte kaum bewusst.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Sita erz\u00e4hlt: &#8222;Mein Mann und ich k\u00f6nnen beide weder lesen noch schreiben, aber wir wollten unsere Kinder zur Schule schicken. Mein Mann arbeitet als Bote in einem Postamt, ein Job, der nicht genug Einkommen bringt, um die Bed\u00fcrfnisse unserer Familie zu befriedigen. <strong>Ich sass die ganze Zeit allein und eingesperrt zu Hause und erledigte die Hausarbeit.<\/strong> Da ich Analphabetin und arm war, hatte ich nur sehr wenige M\u00f6glichkeiten. Ich hatte sogar Angst, vor anderen Leuten zu sprechen&#8220;.<\/p>\n<p><strong>ActionAid hat in ihrem Dorf den ReFLECT-Zirkel eingef\u00fchrt<\/strong>, um Frauen zu st\u00e4rken und Sensibilisierungskampagnen durchzuf\u00fchren. Der ReFLECT-Zirkel ist ein Forum, in dem Frauen verschiedene kommunale Themen wie <strong>h\u00e4usliche Gewalt, Ern\u00e4hrungssicherheit, gute Regierungsf\u00fchrung, Frauenbildung, Kinderrechte, Frauenrechte und \u00f6ffentliche Dienste<\/strong> diskutieren k\u00f6nnen. Bislang gibt es im <strong>gesamten Distrikt Banke 30 ReFLECT-Zirkel<\/strong> mit <strong>710 Mitgliedern<\/strong> und <strong>25 Frauenrechtsforen mit insgesamt 585 Mitgliedern<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"img-fluid rounded my-4 rounded w-100\" src=\"https:\/\/actionaid.ch\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/Sita_Story_750.jpg\" alt=\"Sita_Story_750\" \/><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&#8222;Ich bin jetzt auch beim ReFLECT-Zirkel dabei und freue mich sehr, dass unsere Frauengruppe dieses Jahr 40000 Rupien (310 \u20ac) erhalten hat.\u00a0 Mit diesem Budget haben wir 25 Frauen in der Ziegenzucht geschult, was in Zukunft uns allen zugute kommen wird, ein Einkommen zu erzielen. Die Ziege, die ich bekommen habe, hatte bereits ein Junges. Ich k\u00fcmmere mich um die Ziege und ihr Zicklein. Mein Mann und meine Kinder freuen sich \u00fcber das, was ich erreicht habe. Auch die Nachbarn im Dorf sch\u00e4tzen meine Arbeit und das motiviert mich. Danke, ActionAid, f\u00fcr die <strong>Verbesserung meiner F\u00fchrungsqualit\u00e4ten und den Aufbau meiner Kapazit\u00e4ten!<\/strong>&#8222;<\/p>\n<p>Bimala Gupta erkl\u00e4rt: &#8222;Als Mitglied von ReFLECT ist Sita Devi Kumhar immer bereit, anderen Frauen in ihrem Dorf zu helfen. Sie ist jetzt Leiterin des lokalen ReFLECT-Zirkels und hat es als Vorsitzende sogar geschafft, das f\u00fcr Frauen vorgesehene staatliche Budget einzufordern.
